Refund Policy
Last updated: 6 January 2026
Linka is operated by Little Random Ventures Ltd (United Kingdom) and billed exclusively through prepaid credits. This policy explains when and how refunds are given. Questions: support@linka.ink.
Prepaid model
All API usage is paid from credits you purchase in advance. Because credits are a digital balance delivered instantly after payment, the rules below distinguish between unused and used credits.
Unused credits — refundable within 14 days
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of the top-up, on request. Email support@linka.ink from your account email with the top-up date and amount. If part of a top-up has been spent, we refund the unspent remainder of that top-up, provided the request is made within the 14-day window.
Used credits — non-refundable
Credits already spent on API usage are non-refundable. Every response returns the exact cost of the call, and your full usage history is available in the console, so you can always verify what was spent before requesting a refund.
Bonus credits
Promotional bonus credits (for example, volume bonuses on top-ups of $500 or more) carry no cash value and are non-refundable. When a refund is issued for a top-up that earned a bonus, the associated bonus credits are removed.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After 14 days
Credits never expire. After the 14-day window, unused credits simply remain on your balance until spent and are no longer refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — most billing issues are resolved within one business day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension while we investigate, and unwarranted chargebacks may lead to permanent account closure.
Fraud and abuse
No refunds are given where we reasonably determine the account was used in breach of our Terms of Service, including fraud, abuse, or prohibited content.
